2011 NFL Draft: Baylor's Phil Taylor Selected By Cleveland Browns At No. 21

One of the more rumored links of the day nearly came to fruition as Baylor defensive lineman Phil Taylor was picked at No. 21, the spot at which the Kansas City Chiefs were rumored to be interested in him. The pick was dealt to Cleveland so that KC could add a third round pick.

Numerous sources connected Taylor with the Chiefs as the draft approached, but the Browns were proven to want him more. Cleveland will hope that Taylor can anchor their run defense, whether Dick Jauron plays a 3-4 or his standard 4-3.
