2011 NFL Draft: Roger Goodell Met With Boos Thanks To NFL Lockout

After the introduction of the players in attendance for the 2011 NFL Draft, Roger Goodell stepped up to the podium to ask for a moment of silence to those affected by the storms in Alabama. Before the commish could even begin talking, though, he was met by raucous boos and chants of "let them play," and "we want football."

The fans at the draft are among the most hardcore, so it's not really too surprising that these chants come out. They're a hell of a lot tamer than the ones I received when I attended it two and three years ago wearing my Tom Brady jersey.

This NFL lockout sure is fun, huh?
