Jason Witten Week 16 Fantasy Projections

Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten will be looking to bounce back from his poor performance from the last time when he faced the Philadelphia Eagles. In that Week 8 game Witten had only four receptions for 28 yards and it was his second worst performance of this season.

Normally the Eagles are a tough matchup for receivers and tight ends, but with the Eagles down their top cornerback Asante Samuel to a hamstring injury it should open up more opportunities for Witten to redeem himself from his lackluster game he had against the Eagles earlier this season.

Over at SB Nation's fantasy site Fake Teams, they rank Witten as the No. 5 tight end this week, and numberFire feels the same as they also rank Witten as the No. 5.
