Cowboys Vs. Buccaneers Halftime Score: Dallas Offense Continues To Roll, Lead 28-0

The Dallas Cowboys defense completely shutdown the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense and did not allow the Buccaneers to get a first down during the entire second quarter. The defense also got to Josh Freeman twice in this quarter with DeMarcus Ware and Orlando Scandrick each getting a sack. The Cowboys defense has held the Buccaneers to only 55 total yards in the first half.

The Cowboys offense was actually stopped by the Buccaneers and forced them to punt. However, that only happened once in the second quarter as the Cowboys were able to pick back up from where they were in the first quarter.

The Buccaneers have not been able to stop any portion of the Cowboys offense at all in this game, and in the second quarter Dallas put up another 14 points. The offense is being led by Tony Romo who scored two touchdowns in the second quarter. The first was a 9-yard touchdown pass to Laurent Robinson, and the other was a quarterback sneak by Romo at the end of the half.

In the first half Romo has completed 18-for-22 passes for 189 yards and has thrown three touchdowns to three different receivers.
