In the latest edition of SBNation's NFL Power Rankings, the streaking Dallas Cowboys have jumped into the top ten at No. 8:

8. Dallas Cowboys (7-4, LW: 10): Is this the same team that lost three of four games earlier in the year? They've won four in a row and have secured sole possession of first place in the NFC East. They control their own destiny with five games remaining.

Despite cutting it close in the last two weeks against Washington and Miami, Dallas now has won four straight games since an embarrassing 34-7 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Oct. 30 that left them at 3-4.

And while they are only one game ahead of the New York Giants in the NFC East, their +45 point differential far surpasses the Giants -25.

And with the Cowboys facing the 4-7 Arizona Cardinals while the Giants face the 11-0 Green Bay Packers next week, Dallas could have a two-game lead before the team's first meeting of the season on Dec. 11.
