DeMarco Murray Week 11 Fantasy Update

Prior to the game, NumberFire rated Dallas rookie running back as the fourth best option at running back this week. However, the rookie ball carrier still got plenty of touches but failed to find a lot of running room finishing with 25 carries for 73 yards or just a 2.9 per carry average. Murray was also kept out of the end zone in Week 11.

With Dallas trailing in the second half, the Cowboys found success through the air totaling just under 300 yards and three touchdowns in the overtime victory over the Redskins.

Fantasy owners can hardly complain about the slow day from Murray who has been solid while filling in for Felix Jones. In his five starts, Murray has topped the 100 yard mark three times including a franchise record 253 yards in his first start against the Rams. On the season, Murray has over 700 yards rushing despite seeing limited touches during the first five games of his rookie season.
