Rex Grossman and the Washington Redskins just won't go away. Grossman hooked up with Donte Stallworth on four yard touchdown pass with just 14 seconds remaining on the clock, tying the game at 24 against the Cowboys.
Stallworth's touchdown capped off a 12 play, 89 yard drive, which took 5:21 off the clock in the fourth quarter. Dallas had scored 14 unanswered points until the touchdown by Stallworth.
Grossman, who had thrown an interception on the first pass of Washington's last drive, has now thrown two touchdown passes while completing 20-of-32 passes for 237 yards.
Washington has failed to get a running game going, managing just 58 yards on 22 carries. Still, Grossman has found a way to burn Dallas' defense at the end of both halves.
Rob Ryan's defense will have no margin for error as the game heads into overtime.
