Calvin Watkins chronicles the arrival of the Cowboys in Mobile to watch Senior Bowl practices.
New defensive coordinator Rob Ryan walked through the Renaissance hotel with defensive coaches Dave Campo and Brett Maxie on Monday afternoon getting ready to watch the afternoon session.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is expected to watch one of the afternoon practices at Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
That Ryan was seen hanging with Campo and Maxie seems to be additional evidence that Campo and his assistant defensive backs coach may stay with the organization, despite speculation that Ryan was interested in turning over all three primary position coaches. The Cowboys already need new linebackers and defensive line coaches, after Reggie Herring and Paul Pasqualoni moved on to the Texans and UConn, respectively.
Jones is present despite being just one week from hosting his first Super Bowl week.
