No surprise is an understatement. Newton returning to Auburn would be about like escaping the noose in the old west and deciding to waltz back into town a few days later to see how the gang's doing. He'll make the draft more interesting in a Tebowish way, but while some mock drafts having him going in the vicinity of the Cowboys' top pick, I'm skeptical that he'll be a factor in that area with Blaine Gabbart available.
