Scratch Janoris Jenkins For Cowboys - He's Returning To Florida

Will Muschamp has recruited a potential Cowboys target back for another year at Florida, as corner Janoris Jenkins has decided to return to school after all. Early speculation had him declaring for the draft, but Jenkins has a torn labrum and could have had trouble showing upper body agility and strength, in addition to not being able to work out on the field.

“After careful consideration, I’ve made a decision to return to school for my senior year,‘’ Jenkins said in a statement released by the school. "I spent some time with my family and Coach (Will) Muschamp and came to the conclusion it was in my best interest to return to school. Coach Muschamp was very supportive throughout the whole process, regardless of my decision, but he wanted to make sure I had all of the facts. I’m looking forward to working towards my degree, completing my rehab and getting back on the field with my teammates.’’
