Cowboys Vs. Colts: Jason Witten Touchdown Gives Cowboys Lead

Jon Kitna led the Cowboys on an 18 play, 81 yard drive that took 10:18 off the clock as Dallas has taken a 35-28 lead in the fourth quarter in Indianapolis.

The drive had appeared to stall on the Indianapolis one yard line. On David Buehler’s first field goal attempt, the Cowboys committed a false start. On the second attempt, Indianapolis committed an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, giving Dallas a fresh set of downs.

On third down, Jon Kitna connected with tight end Jason Witten to give Dallas a 33-27 lead. Jason Garrett elected to go for a two point conversion, which was successful on a pass to Roy Williams.

Dallas now leads Indianapolis 35-27 with 2:38 to go.
