David Buehler started the scoring for Dallas, booting a 42 yard field goal on the game’s opening possession. The field goal capped off an eight play, 30 yard drive and gave the Cowboys a 3-0 lead.
Jon Kitna hooked up with Miles Austin on a three yard touchdown pass with 4:14 left to go in the first quarter to put the Cowboys up 10-0.
The Rex Grossman experiment hasn’t gone well for Mike Shanahan so far. Grossman is three for six with an intercepted – with Gerald Sensabaugh being the recipient of Grossman’s charity.
