I would prefer that Jerry Jones is asked about his job performance semi-daily, as any under-performing NFL executive would be, but Sunday night was a start. Jerry was asked whether he would actually look at himself when he considered "major" changes. He, of course, assured that he would not.
↵↵↵"Don't imply that my role is going to change at all," Jones said. "Don't do that. You'll get something stuck."

Jerry clearly is nowhere close to ready to address real problems within his organization, but, however trite the question may seem, the media at least did ask the appropriate first question. The next question, particularly if Jerry does fire the one scape goat he has, should be why Jerry thinks that his employees did not respect his coach, and why he expects them to respect his next coach. But at least a question was asked about Jerry himself and not just Wade. It's a good first step.
