Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Week 11: Jon Kitna, Keiland Williams?

How 'bout them Cowboys

They might not aren't going to the playoffs this year sitting at 2-7, but the win against the New York Giants in Jason Garrett's debut was nice to see for Dallas fans. Even better for Dez Bryant owners as well, as Bryant made three receptions for 104 yards and a touchdown on Sunday in the win as well as having 86 return yards. Worth noting, he had a catch overturned later in the game that would have added to those numbers - something I don't think that should have been overturned. Still, Bryant helped lead me, and others who started him, to a Week 10 fantasy victory and remains a must start.

Tashard Choice didn't receive a carry, but I still think he's worth a roster spot in deeper leagues as the Cowboys hold 2011 auditions.

The Cowboys host the Lions this weekend and if you need a spot QB start, or have been playing QB's on matchups all year, Jon Kitna is definitely worth a look. Kitna has thrown a TD in each of his appearances this year and has thrown over 300 yards in two of his three starts. The Lions are 17th in the league in pass defense, so they're nothing to write home about. Kitna seems to have been developing a rapport with Bryant which helps both their fantasy values. Further, Dallas was stretching the field seemingly more than ever against the Giants.

If you're looking for a running back this weekend worth a RB2 start or flex play, Keiland Williams looks like a pretty good pick up. Williams rushed 16 times for 89 yards and two scores against the Eagles on Monday and added a touchdown reception. Ryan Torain said his hamstring injury will force him to see a doctor and Clinton Portis is iffy again to play this week so Williams should get a healthy workload.

Mike Goodson of the Panthers, if still available, needs to be added as well. D'Angelo Williams might end up on injured reserve. Jonathan Stewart has been out with a concussion so his availability is still unknown going forward. The Panthers will be playing an angry Ravens team this weekend, so Goodson might not be a good option this weekend. He's still definitely worth a roster spot and possibly a flex start this weekend.
