Following their loss to the Vikings, the Cowboys fell from 23rd to 25th in the Week 7 NFL Power Rankings over at the mother ship, SB Nation.
↵It's tough to argue where the Cowboys are ranked. They're ranked much lower than their NFC East foes with Washington coming in at No. 14 and both the Giants and Eagles ranking in the Top 10 with the Eagles at No. 10 and the Giants at No. 9.
↵The AFC East has the top two teams with the New England Patriots, fresh off their overtime thriller against the Ravens, ranked second and the Jets ranked first. The Steelers, Colts and Saints round out the Top 5.
↵Dallas will have an opportunity to rise in the rankings this weekend as they play the Giants on Monday Night Football. The Cowboys will be looking not only for their first home win in 2010 on Monday but to salvage their season as well.
