Week 5 of the 2012 college football schedule features a number of Big 12 games, highlighted by the No. 25 Baylor Bears visiting the No. 9 West Virginia Mountaineers. Both teams are 3-0. Baylor is the underdog in the matchup, but if its secondary can restrain Mountaineers quarterback Geno Smith, then the Baylor offense -- led by senior quarterback Nick Florence -- might be able to pull off an upset.
In other games around the conference, the No. 15 TCU Horned Frogs will look to Casey Pachall and Waymon James to lead the offense over the SMU Mustangs, and the No. 12 Texas Longhorns will look to David Ash and Malcolm Brown to do the same against the Oklahoma State Cowboys. In addition to their rankings, both TCU and Texas have 3-0 records to protect.
