The Baylor Bears head on the road on Friday night to take on the University of Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks, as Baylor looks to improve to 3-0 on the young season.
Despite losing Robert Griffin III to the NFL Draft, the Bears currently boast the ninth-best passing attack in the country, averaging 352.2 yards per game in the air.
Senior quarterback Nick Florence is 45-of-71 passing on the year for 653 yards, and has thrown seven touchdowns against just two interceptions.
Baylor's game against UL-Monroe constitutes the last before the really difficult part of the schedule hits. After Baylor plays UL-Monroe, they play No. 8 West Virginia, No. 17 TCU and No. 12 Texas.
The Warhawks, meanwhile, will be ready to face Baylor. UL-Monroe upset the then-No.8 Arkansas Razorbacks, before losing to Auburn in overtime on Saturday. Though they're not a powerhouse by any means, the Warhawks aren't a complete cupcake, and could give Baylor trouble throughout the game.
Baylor opened the week as 7.5 point favorites. The over/under has not been set.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. CT at Malone Stadium on Friday night. Televised coverage can be found on ESPN.
