NFL Draft 2012: Jets Take Baylor RB Terrance Ganaway In Sixth Round

The offensive stars for Baylor's record-breaking 2011 team continue to come off the board, as RB Terrance Ganaway was selected by the New York Jets with the No. 202 selection in the second round.

Ganaway ably filled into the hole created by Jay Finley's departure to the NFL, rushing for 1,547 yards and 21 TD's as a senior and giving the Bears a ground game to counter teams loading up to stop their passing attack.

At 6'0 240, he's a powerful runner with excellent size, but he lacks break-away speed at the next level and isn't much of a threat in the passing game.

With LaDainian Tomlinson's career winding down, Ganaway could be a useful complement to Shonn Greene in the Jets running game.
