Kentucky Vs. Baylor Score: Bears Facing Uphill Climb Down 42-22 At The Half

After a quick start Baylor surrendered a big run to Kentucky and trail the Wildcats 42-22 at halftime. The Bears have been overwhelmed by the Kentucky defense which has led to easy opportunities for Cats at their offensive end of the floor.

Quincy Acy is just about the lone bright spot for the Bears in the first half scoring 10 first half points on 4-6 shooting. Pierre Jackson added six points and three assists. No one else in a Baylor uniform has more than three points and Perry Jones III has just two points and three turnovers in the game on 1-5 shooting.

Michael Kidd-Gilchrist scored 17 points in the first half to lead the Wildcats. Anthony Davis added 14 points and six rebounds. Terrence Jones scored just one point in the first half but added five rebounds, six assists, two steals and three blocks.
