2012 NFL Draft: Could Baylor Have Two First Round Draft Picks?

It is virtually a given that Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III will be drafted early when the 2012 NFL Draft rolls around in April, but a developing story could be if the Baylor Bears will put more than one player up in the first round.

In the latest CBS Sports mock draft, Bears wide receiver Kendall Wright is slated to go in the middle to late in the first round. One report shows that Wright could go as high as No. 19 to the Chicago Bears, as Jay Cutler has always clamored for an upgrade into the passing attack. Another report states that Wright could go at No. 23 to the Cleveland Browns, as Colt McCoy found his rookie wide receiver Greg Little early and often but could use additional support at wideout.

Regardless of where Wright goes, in his four years at Baylor he's proven that he's ready to play at the next level. Just ask Robert Griffin III.
