Baylor Vs. Kansas: Game Preview, TV Info And More

The Bears travel to Lawrence for a nationally televised showdown against the Jayhawks, winners of the last seven Big 12 titles.

After starting the season 17-0, the No. 3 Baylor Bears travel to Lawrence for one of their biggest hurdles left to an undefeated season, a road date against the No. 10 Kansas Jayhawks.

While Baylor has been ranked higher for most of the season, the road to the Big 12 championship still goes through Kansas, who have won the conference's last seven regular season titles.

The key match-up is on the interior, with two of the top contenders for Big 12 Player of the Year -- Baylor's Perry Jones III and Kansas' Thomas Robinson -- going toe-to-toe. Both players are also vying for spots on the All-American team as well as in next year's NBA lottery.

The Bears depth could be a huge weapon, as Scott Drew can go deep into his bench for capable reserves while Bill Self is loathe to bring more than two or three reserves the entire game.

The 8:30 PM game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN as a part of Big Monday.
