Missouri Vs. Baylor Score: Tigers Leading Bears 7-0 At End Of The First Quarter

Henry Josey's six yard touchdown run staked Missouri to an early 7-0 lead over the Baylor Bears. Josey has 65 yards rushing in the first quarter as the Tigers doubled up on the Bears in time of possession. Missouri seems intent on grinding things out on the ground in an effort to keep Robert Griffin III off the field and on the sideline.

Baylor had an opportunity to tie things up but a fumble by Robert Griffin III was recovered in the end zone by Missouri ending the drive.

Griffin III has 91 yards passing and 38 yards rushing after one quarter. Baylor racked up 145 yards of total offense but could not punch it into the end zone. Missouri's James Franklin completed 5 of 9 passes for 42 yards and ran for 32 more. The Tigers have out gained the Bears by a total of 163-145 in the first quarter.
