Robert Griffin III Injury: Quarterback Listed As Probable For Texas

Despite suffering a concussion during the first half of Baylor's victory over Texas Tech, quarterback Robert Griffin III is expected to practice this week and is listed as probable for Saturday's game against Texas.

Baylor's training staff confirms an earlier report that quarterback Robert Griffin III suffered a concussion against Texas Tech. Despite the injury, Chuck Carlton of the Dallas Morning News reports that Griffin is expected to practice this week and is listed as probable for the Texas game on Saturday. 

Baylor training staff confirms RG3 suffered a concussion vs. Texas Tech. He will practice this week and is listed as "probable" for Texas.

Griffin was hurt late in the first half against Texas Tech after catching a forearm from a Texas Tech defender on a scramble and slide. He sat out the one play and returned to the game to score a rushing touchdown but left the game at halftime and didn't return. 

Griffin has been a scoring machine this season throwing for 3,678 yards and 34 touchdowns while running for 612 more yards and seven scores.
