Texas-Arlington Vs. Baylor Final Score: Quincy Miller Leads Bears To 75-65 Win

Quincy Miller finished with 17 points, 11 rebounds and six assists as Baylor improved its record to 5-0 on the season with a 75-65 win over Texas-Arlington.

Quincy Miller did a little bit of everything as Baylor improved its record to 5-0 on the season with a 75-65 win over Texas Arlington. The Bears will play one more game before getting Perry Jones III back into the lineup. It was the second straight home win for the Bears who defeated South Carolina State on Tuesday. 

Quincy Miller recorded his first career double-double with 17 points, 11 rebounds and six assists for the Bears who had five different players with double figures scoring. Pierre Jackson came off the bench to score 16 points while Brady Heslip chipped in 12 on 4-7 shooting from beyond the arc. Cory Jefferson and Quincy Ash each finished with 10 points. Ash added 11 rebounds and six blocks in the game. 

LaMarcus Reed III led all scorers with 21 points for the Mavericks. Bo Ingram chipped in 14 points. Texas-Arlington struggled from the free throw line in the game going 12-21 while Baylor cashed in on their opportunities finishing 23-28 in the game.
