Rory McIlroy took a $1.44 million prize with his first-place finish at the 2012 Deutsche Bank Championship, as well as an all-important 2500 points in the FedEx Cup to take over the top spot in the standings.
Louis Oosthuizen walked away with $864,000 for this second-place finish. Tiger Woods collected $544,000 for third place and became the first player in PGA Tour history to pass the $100 million career earnings mark.
Phil Mickelson and Dustin Johnson finished in a tie for fourth place, each earning $352,000 for the tournament.
