Rangers Vs. Yankees: Game Time, TV Schedule And More

With the Texas Rangers' 8-2 loss to the New York Yankees on Monday night, they fell a half-game behind their rivals at the top of the American League standings. New York is 68-47, Texas is 67-47. On Tuesday, in the second game of the series, the Rangers will be looking to leap back into the lead.

Texas will send Matt Harrison to the mound. In his last outing, he managed just 4 1/3 innings because of a stomach virus. Harrison gave up five runs on eight hits to the Red Sox on Wednesday and had an IV following the game. Harrison said he's feeling better now.

Hiroki Kuroda will be on the mound for the Yankees. He is 10-7 on the year with a 3.24 ERA.

Catcher Luis Martinez will make his first start for Texas tonight, but Geovany Soto will remain the starter on most days with Mike Napoli on the DL.

First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. at Yankee Stadium. It can be seen on Fox Sports Southwest.
