The third round of the 2012 PGA Championship was cut short as some bad weather rolled through Kiawah Island Resort. The last few groups on Saturday did not even make it through the front nine. Tiger Woods and Vijay Singh both only made it through seven holes on Saturday, but the two golfers had opposite results.
Woods has three bogeys and so far is 3-over par for the third round, and is now tied for 11th place. Singh on the other hand is playing well and is tied for first place at 6-under par. Through seven holes Singh is 2-under par with a pair of birdies and five pars.
Rory McIlory is the other golfer who is tied with Singh, and his round was cut short early after nine holes where he is 4-under so far.
The conclusion of the third round is expected to begin play at 6:45 a.m. CT, and the final round at 10:30 a.m. CT
