Team USA Vs. Spain: Americans Need Tyson Chandler To Step Up Before Olympics

Team USA plays Spain on Tuesday in a match-up between what is believed to be the two best teams in international competition. The Americans enter this game without a blemish in exhibition play and it's the last game played before the real thing gets started in London.

Most recently, Team USA defeated an Argentina team led by Manu Ginobili and Luis Scola. The USA held a comfortable lead thanks to strong starts from Kevin Durant and Kobe Bryant, but they phased out a bit and narrowly got past Argentina.

The Americans will need to play a lot better for the length of the game against Spain, a team led by Pau and Marc Gasol and Thunder big Serge Ibaka.

Former Mavericks center Tyson Chandler is going to need to step up his play to give the Americans a better chance in this one, since he's their only true, experienced big on the roster.
