Two Dallas-area teams have reached the Super Regionals in the 2012 NCAA Baseball Tournament, but only one will advance, according to Sports Illustrated.
With the Super Regionals beginning on Friday, SI released its predictions. TCU travels to Los Angeles to take on UCLA. But SI says the Horned Frogs won't make the College World Series, like they did in 2010. From SI:
TCU displayed tremendous perseverance after losing its opening game in the regionals, but UCLA has the balance to get back to Omaha for the second time in three years.
As for Baylor, the Bears host Arkansas. The combination of Arkansas' road struggles and Baylor's home success should be enough for the Bears. From SI:
Arkansas is barely a .500 team on the road. Baylor is 33-4 at home. Da Bears.
