A trip to the 2012 College World Series will be on the line this weekend for the Baylor Bears, as the university looks to continue its excellent athletic year. The Bears will play host to the Arkansas Razorbacks, who won the Houston Regional in just three games. Arkansas defeated Sam Houston State, Rice and then Sam Houston State again to advance to the Super Regional.
Baylor, meanwhile, dropped its first Waco Regional game to Oral Roberts, but staved off elimination by defeating UT-Arlington, Oral Roberts and then Dallas Baptist, twice, to advance to the Super Regional.
Baylor and Arkansas will kick off a three-game series on Saturday, at 4:00 p.m. CT in Waco, TX. Game 2 of the series will be on Sunday, at 3:00 p.m. CT. If necessary, a third and decisive game between Baylor and Arkansas will be on Monday, at 3:00 p.m. CT.
