SMU 2013 Recruiting: The Mustangs Get Fourth Commit In Everett Dickerson

The SMU Mustangs have received a verbal commitment from Everett Dickerson from Atlanta, TX.

Dickerson at six-feet and 175 pounds is versatile as he currently plays both running back and safety and could play both offense and return kicks for the Mustangs.

According to PonyStampede.com, Dickerson immediately felt at home after visiting the SMU Campus:

He said he knew the moment he stepped on campus that SMU was the place for him. Also worth noting, Dickerson plans to major in electrical engineering.

Everett joins Freddie Johnson (OL) from Temple, TX who was the first commitment in the 2013 class to choose SMU, Dee Paul (ATH) from Munday, TX, and Trey Washington (DB) from Gilmer, TX as verbally committing to play for the Mustangs next season.

In 2013, SMU will join the Big East Conference and have an opportunity to compete for a chance to play in the BCS which should definitely aid in recruiting.
