Horse racing enthusiasts will be ready to get their preak on with Black-Eyed Susans in hand on Saturday, as horse racing's Triple Crown continues with the 2012 Preakness, in Baltimore, Maryland.

The major storyline centers around I'll Have Another and Bodemeister. I'll Have Another, of course, won the 2012 Kentucky Derby and is looking to extend the Triple Crown dream, while Bodemeister is the favorite to win the Preakness after setting record times at the Kentucky Derby, before fading down the stretch.

The post positions were announced on Wednesday night, and they are as follows:

  1. Tiger Walk
  2. Teeth of the Dog
  3. Pretension
  4. Zetterholm
  5. Creative Cause
  6. Went The Day Well
  7. Bodemeister
  8. Daddy Nose Best
  9. I'll Have Another
  10. Optimizer
  11. Cozzetti
Daddy Nose Best, owned by Dallas residents Bob and Cathy Zollars, will be looking to spoil I'll Have Another's fun, and upsetting both I'll Have Another and Bodemeister.

Televised coverage of the 2012 Preakness can be found on NBC, beginning at 3:30 p.m. CT. Post time is scheduled for 5:17 p.m. CT, 6:17 p.m. locally in Baltimore. If you're planning on catching the race live, it would be wise to be by a television set no later than 5:15 p.m. CT.
