Baylor/Kansas Odds

Baylor is opening up as fairly heavy favorites against Kansas

Cooper Neill

As expected, the Baylor Bears are opening as favorites against the Kansas Jayhawks. The Bears are currently 17 point favorites over the Jayhawks, with most of the action currently on Baylor. 68% of the bets that have been placed on JustBet.com predict that Baylor will cover the spread.

Kansas are just 1-7 on the season, but 4-4 against the spread. Baylor has a 3-4 record on the football field and ATS this season.

The over/under for this game is set at 71 points. Baylor's offense is averaging 44.1 points a game, while the Kansas offense is only averaging 17.3 points per game. The Jayhawks' defense, however, has allowed less points than the Bears defense this season; Kansas surrenders an average of 30.1 points per game, while Baylor allows 42.7.

Baylor is 5-1 on the season on the over/under, including hitting the over in both home games so far this season. Kansas, on the other hand, is 2-5 on the O/U, but is 2-1 on the road. Only 32% of the bets placed so far have been on the over, as most people expect the Jayhawk offense to continue struggling.
