Baylor traveled into hostile territory to Manhattan Kansas and finds itself trailing the Kansas State Wildcats 33-31. Kansas State is no stranger to upsets as they handed undefeated Missouri its only defeat of the season last time out.
As expected this game has been furiously competitive with both teams putting up nearly identical stats in the first half. Perry Jones III leads Baylor with 12 points and four rebounds. Brady Heslip has six points and Pierre Jackson came off the bench to score four points and hand out six assists while also collecting a couple of steals.
Rodney McGruder leads the Wildcats with a game-high 12 points on 5-9 shooting. Jordan Henriquez and Martavious Irving both scored six points in the first half.
Baylor holds a 15-11 rebounding advantage at halftime but committed 10 first half turnovers.
