Via Tim McMahon on ESPN Dallas (via his weekly interview on 105.3), Jerry Jones said Tuesday:
↵↵↵I really feel like Buehler is quite a weapon for us. He can and will with that strong leg that was the reason we drafted him put that ball in and through the end zone on kickoffs. That's a big deal. That will give us field position. You start them on the 20 every time and that's a tremendous advantage. Now, other teams are going to be doing the same thing, but we've got a strong-legged kicker that will get it.

Not only does Jones refute his own point, as McMahon points out, the Cowboys are the only team that will have to use two active (45-man) roster spots to get those deep kick-offs, as well as the hope for consistent field goal kicking. That doesn't so much feel like a "weapon" as a liability, but maybe Buehler will be more effective at it than others.
