NFC East: DeSean Jackson In, Prince Amukamara Out

The Eagles' eye catching series of transactions has caused more Cowboy fan eyes to drift over to the division competition than usual. One big problem in Philly could have been the holdout of DeSean Jackson, but the Philly Enquirer reports that he'll be in camp Monday so that he doesn't risk earning the service time necessary to become a free agent after 2011.

Meanwhile, Giants first rounder Prince Amukamara has broken his left foot in practice. The injury probably keeps him out for around eight weeks and figures to stunt his development for this season, particularly since he held out for a week and only participated in parts of two practices before the injury. The Giants appeared to be quite fortunate to have Amukamara fall to them at No. 19 - he'd been a serious consideration for teams like Dallas in the top ten - and they probably still will be, but maybe not this year.
