Four of today's winner-take-all matchups with trips to super regionals at stake involve Texas teams. In today's early game, the Texas Longhorns attempt to beat Kent State one more time. Both teams have to reach deeper on their pitching staffs, with Texas playing one more game. Reports are that Ryan Mace will pitch for Kent State. Texas is expected to use a committee, with much of their staff already having pitched (h/t to BON):

Number of pitches:
Stafford 108 Fri
Jungmann 85 Sat
Green 103 Sun
Thornhil 7 Fri, 63 Sun
Milner 9 Fri, 47 Sun
McKirahan 20 Sat, 12 Sun
Carrillo 12 Sat, 15 Sun
Knebel 17 Fri, 10 Sun

The winner of that game will pair off against Arizona State, who has already won their regional by cruising through 3-0, in the super regional next weekend. You can track the game here and watch it here

At 6:00 CDT, second seeded Baylor will take on third seed California in the Houston Regional final after Cal shout out the Bears 8-0 last night. The winner of that game will take on the winner of third seed Dallas Baptist and fourth seed Oral Roberts from the Fort Worth regional. Oral Roberts topped DBU 7-2 yesterday to force the replay.

Texas A&M fell 7-4 to Arizona as well, forcing the rematch in the College Station regional final. They will pair off at 6:35 CDT. That winner will meet the Florida State-Alabama winner, though the Seminoles appear likely to advance.
