NCAA Baseball Regionals: Saturday Schedule

Day 2 of the NCAA Baseball Regionals gets underway on Saturday, with a full slate of games on the schedule in the second round of regional play.

The state of Texas, as always, will be well represented in the college baseball world. The Rice Owls play host to the Baylor Bears on Saturday, with a scheduled start time of 6 p.m. CDT. Rice is considered the favorite, as they're the top-seed in their regional and the Bears are only the No. 2.

The Longhorns, likewise, are the top seed in their regional, and like the Owls, they'll get underway at 6 p.m. CDT. Texas is playing host to the No. 3 team in their bracket, Kent State.

Texas A&M, also the top seed, will be playing host to Seton Hall, who like Kent State, is the No. 3 team in their regional bracket. First pitch there is scheduled for 6:35 p.m. CDT.

Finally, TCU plays host to Dallas Baptist at 7 p.m. CDT. The Horned Frogs, as playing host suggests, the top seed in their regional as well. Dallas Baptist, like Kent State and Seton Hall, are the No. 3.

For the reader's digest version:
