On Friday night, the Rangers send Matt Harrison to the mound looking to rebound from their most recent loss. Harrison has suffered losses in two of his last three starts (with a no decision in the other) to drop his record to 5-6 on the year. The Mets will send Mike Pelfrey to the mound on Friday night to take on the Rangers' offense. Pelfrey is the owner of a 4-5 record to go along with a 4.70 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and .263 BAA. Pelfrey has only 50 strikeouts in 90 innings of work this year, so Texas can expect to have a slew of balls in play tonight.
First pitch in Arlington is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. CT.
