FC Dallas has seen just about every break go against them in their 0-3 start to the MLS season, including two red cards essentially ending tight games. They look to get things on the right track tonight but face a tall task. The Colorado Rapids are off to a 3-0 start and seem to have everything working.
Dallas gave Columbian teen Fabian Castillo his first start last week and continue to adjust to personnel changes around David Ferreira and Brek Shea's shift to central defense from wide midfield.
Daniel Robertson has the game preview for Big D Soccer, including injuries, keys to the game and other info. He's not optimistic about the game unless Schellas Hyndman makes a lineup change.
Prediction
Everything I saw out of Dallas at practice suggested this is a focused team ready to play their best game of the season. However, a lot is going to depend on how the team sheet looks. I can't predict a Dallas win if Brek Shea is a starting center back against an experienced, strong attacking team like Colorado.
