2011 Masters Leaderboard

The 2011 Masters Tournament is underway today, something that anybody who watched the NCAA Tournament would know thanks to the constant advertising. It's still early, since we're not even close to halfway through day one, but there's still some notable efforts and an early leaderboard.

Tiger Woods is currently even through four, which is good enough for a tie for 17th place. This means almost absolutely nothing, though, since it's just four holes on day one, but Woods has shot par on each of the first four holes so far. Woods, when he wins these majors, seems to start off slowly before storming through on later days, so as long as Woods stays around, he'll always be a threat.

Retief Goosen has shot -5 through the first eight and is the early leader. Goosen was propelled by an eagle on the first hole. Ross Fisher has shot -4 through 16.
