You need more than one leader. He’s been an important part of this organization every year. If he gets traded, obviously we’re going to have people that will step up. We have people in place that are capable of being leaders.

In other words, even one of Young’s best friends on the team thinks they can move on without him. If the players aren’t concerned about some soul-crushing loss of leadership ruining all the talent that’s assembled on the roster, why should we be?
