The Dallas Cowboys are in position to clinch the NFC East title if they can get past the Philadelphia Eagles on Christmas Eve. The Eagles have already beaten the Cowboys once this year and the Eagles themselves are battling for a possible playoff spot, so both teams will be extremely motivated in this game.
The Eagles will be without a key defensive player in cornerback Asante Samuel who is out with a hamstring injury. The Eagles do have Nnamdi Asomugha and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie in the secondary, but the Cowboys have three good receivers in Miles Austin, Dez Bryant and Laurent Robinson. Also with the way that Tony Romo has been playing over the past few weeks the Eagle secondary will have their hands full without Samuel in the lineup.
