The latest edition of the BCS Rankings has been released and the Texas Longhorns come in at No. 16. Texas handled Texas Tech thoroughly on Saturday and finish out the season against Kansas State, Texas A&M and Baylor who enter the rankings at No. 25 after defeating Missouri on Saturday.
LSU is a solid No. 1 atop the poll after defeating Alabama. Oklahoma State moves up one spot to No. 2 after they survived against Kansas State. Alabama slips one spot to No. 3 which sets up the possibility of a rematch in the championship game between the Tide and the Tigers. Stanford is No. 4 and Boise State holds steady at No. 5.
Oklahoma is just outside of the top five at No. 6. Undefeated Houston sits just outside the top 10 at No. 11. Kansas State falls to No. 14 after its shootout loss to Oklahoma State.
