If the newest wide receiver for the St. Louis Rams Brandon Lloyd was looking forward to catching passes from Sam Bradford, he'll have to wait until next week. The St. Louis Rams have officially ruled the starting quarterback out for Sunday's game versus the Dallas Cowboys at Cowboys Stadium.
Bradford, who initially suffered a high ankle sprain versus the Green Bay Packers last week, has been unable to practice all week and was listed as questionable before this announcement. The Rams will give the reins to backup quarterback A.J. Feeley on Sunday, and have signed former Fresno State signal caller Tom Brandstater off of the practice squad to provide depth at the QB position. Wideout Nick Miller was waived in the process.
The 0-5 Rams face the 2-3 Cowboys this Sunday at 3:15pm Central Time as the game will be nationally televised on FOX.
