Week 6 NFL Lines And Odds: Dallas Cowboys Vs. New England Patriots

The Dallas Cowboys and New England Patriots are two of the most potent offenses in the NFL and this game should be one of the more higher scoring games of the weekend. The Patriots are looking to have their sixth straight 30-plus point game this year compared to the Cowboys who have only one 30 point performance this year.

According to Odds Shark this game has the Patriots favored by seven points, an over/under placed on the game at 55 points with 85 percent picking the over and 62 percent taking the Patriots to cover.

The Cowboys are coming off of their bye week and are expected to be fully healthy as they are expected to get back wide receiver Mile Austin to accompany Dez Bryant in the passing game. The Patriots already have issues on defense as they are dead last in total yards and give up 433 yards per game.

The Patriot offense makes up for that with they are No. 1 in total offense and in passing yards led by quarterback Tom Brady and wide receiver Wes Walker; plus the running game is solid which is led by BenJarvus Green-Ellis.

The Cowboys defense is great in stopping the run by only allowing 61 yards per game, however they allow a lot of points by allowing 25 per game.

The way these two teams play the 55 point over/under seems just a little bit low, because both of these teams like to pass a lot, go for big plays and can score in bunches.
