The Dallas Cowboys and wide receiver Miles Austin have agreed to a longterm contract extension according to multiple sources.
Austin, who exploded onto the scene in 2009 with 81 receptions for 1,320 yards and 11 touchdowns, has reportedly agreed to a six-year extension on his contract worth nearly $57 million dollars as first reported by the NFL Network's Michael Lombardi.

Lombardi soon corrected that the extension was for six, not seven years.
ESPN's Adam Schefter then tweeted the more specific $57 million dollar figure.
Even better for Miles Austin: his deal looks to be closer to a six year, $57 million package.
With Austin and rookie draft pick Dez Bryant, the Cowboys seem to have their receivers of the future locked up for, well, the future.
