Per TR Sullivan, Josh Hamilton will be unavailable for an extended amount of time as a result of his crash into the wall in yesterday’s game, which everyone turned off after the first inning.
↵This shouldn’t affect the Rangers’ sizable division lead too much, but It does bring up a few questions. 1: Why do the Rangers continue to tempt fate by playing Hamilton in CF? 2: Who carries the offense on their shoulders now? and 3: Are the Rangers contractually obligated to have at least one of their key offensive players out at a time?
