Cowboys Listen To Trade Offers On Choice, Barber

Calvin Watkins is reporting that teams around the league have been calling the Dallas Cowboys to make offers on running backs Marion Barber and Tashard Choice. Barber is unlikely to be dealt according to both Matt Mosley and Drew Rosenhaus.

A league source told ESPN.com's Matt Mosley that the team is not going to trade Barber, the starter at the position.

Drew Rosenhaus, Barber's agent, told ESPNDallas.com that he hasn't heard from the Cowboys or other teams regarding a possible trade.

Barber, despite his decrease in production for the past two seasons, remains the teams starting running back as of today. If he is dealt, Felix Jones will almost certainly become the starting running back for Dallas.

The Cowboys must cut their roster down to 53 players by 3 P.M. CDT Saturday. If a trade is going to happen, it will likely come prior to 3 P.M. Saturday.
