Jeff Caplan picked this up from the photo shoot at NBA rookie training camp. Check out the jersey on Domonique Jones, a royal blue road jersey. The font is familiar and the current third jersey is this color, so it's not a huge departure.
Caplan also said that the Mavericks are mum on the topic.
